Update regarding Coronavirus Covid-19:

As the COVID-19 public health issue continues to unfold, we are keeping tabs on CDC recommendations related to the virus. As we approach this year’s IPG Publisher Summit in Chicago, we will move forward as planned on April 20 and 21 at the MidAmerica Club at the Aon Center. Currently, the threat level is low in Chicago, and other events happening here around the same time (including the Social Media Strategies Summit, Global Real Estate Conference and Expo, and the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management Annual Conference) are moving forward as planned. We are in close touch with the Aon Center’s venue team and will continue to monitor the Center for Disease Control recommendations.

As we move forward with our Summit, we recommend all participants use the following general health measures for any meeting to help prevent illness:

• Follow the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization.
• Wash hands often and for at least 20 seconds each time. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available at the registration desk and in all meeting rooms.
• Cover your nose and mouth with something disposable (like a tissue) when you cough or sneeze. If you do not have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your elbow or clothing.
• If you are not feeling well, please stay home and get well. We will be recording the Summit sessions and keynotes and will make them available to all registrants in the weeks following Summit.
