The book refers to a time when people were still connected and live in harmony with nature. It is a history of nomads, tribes, and holidays to celebrate that everything flows, that everything can be seen as energy in motion, and that everything is continually changing. The text is written in poetic prose and the illustrations are dynamic and full of details and vivid colors.

Author Biography

Alain Allard studied philosophy and psychology at Oxford University. He is currently a teacher at 5 Rhythms Global and co-director of the educational organization Moves into Consciousness. Mariona Cabassa studied illustration in Strasbourg and went on to become a well-known children's book illustrator.
