When David Jordan began playing around with ‘deep fake’ video technology, all he cared about was embarrassing his high school tormentors… and impressing the girl he’s had a crush on for most of his life. And it worked. What started as a funny prank, went viral and soon viewers from around the world wanted more. His YouTube channel exploded and his life finally started to change. Before long he expanded to hilariously convincing mash-ups of famous politicians, actors and athletes doing and saying ridiculous things.

But when a fake video he posts kicks off a chain of events that drags the world into a war of epic proportions, the shockingly real consequences of his videos hit home.

Soon his brother is shipped off to war and the people he cares most about are swept up in the violence he unleashed.

After connecting with a most unusual team of young ‘cyber bandits’, David sets out to stop WWIII before it reaches a point of no return.
