Overview

Based on almost a hundred interviews and a documentation process of more than two years, Balearic tells the story of one of the meccas of world clubbing: Ibiza. This book takes a deep dive into the fascinating history of the club culture of the island. It's based on the testimonies of internationally famous DJs and musicians, journalists, record players, dancers, promoters, hoteliers and owners of legendary nightclubs.

Author Biography

Christian Len is a DJ and journalist, and has published in media such as Clubbing in Spain or This is Underground.. Luis Costa has been a DJ and journalist since 1994, when he joined the team of Disco 2000, a pioneering magazine of club culture. Since 2009, he has been the press officer of Razzmatazz Clubs de Barcelona, ​​where he also plays regularly.
