Al sur

Overview

Le contaba el farero a su hijo: "En el Sur todo es al revés, el verano no se acaba y la gente anda con los brazos". Un día el niño alza el vuelo y emprende el viaje hacia el Sur. El trayecto es largo, pasa frío, el equipaje pesa, el niño se pierde, no sabe dónde está, hasta que un día, por fin, llega a su destino, justo al lugar de donde había partido, donde está su querido faro.The lighthouse keeper told his son, that in the south, everything was backwards. One day, his son raised his sails and headed south. The journey was long, but finally, he reached his destination. He had arrived back at his beloved lighthouse.  

Author Biography

Sofia Venzel studied Philology at the State University of Saint Petersburg. In 2014, her travels took her to Spain, and in 2016, she earned a master's degree in book illustration and animation. She was selected to participate at Bologna's Muestra de Ilustradores Fair.
