Author Biography

The Ministry of Transport (MOT) of the People’s Republic of China is an executive agency under the State Council responsible for road, water, and air transportation. There are 10 functional divisions under the Ministry of Transport, with the aim of establishing a convenient, smooth, effective, safe, and integrated transport system.
