Overview
A revolutionary program for your family to sleep soundly through the night. When Dr. Craig Canapari became a father, he realized that even the 36-hour shifts in the hospital had not prepared him for the loss of sleep that parenthood brings. The difference is simple: Parents do not have days off, so we don't know if we will have a night of uninterrupted sleep in the near future. When the children don't sleep, neither does the rest of the family… and everyone is in a bad mood at breakfast time. In Everyone to Sleep! Dr. Canapari helps parents use the power of habit to chart a clear path to quality sleep for children. The result is a two-step plan developed from years of experience and clinical research, to help little ones sleep properly. It doesn't matter if your children are 6 months or 6 years old: it is never too late for them, and you too, to achieve a healthy and restful sleep routine.
