Fantastic fare for those with “metal mouth”
Older as well as younger wearers of orthodontia will find food they can sink their teeth into with the succulent, nutritious dishes featured in this cookbook. The basic recipes aimed at beginning or moderately experienced cooks use ingredients commonly stocked in the house or at local grocery stores and can generally be prepared in 30 to 60 minutes. More adventurous chefs—or those seeking a spin on presentation—will find gourmet hints adjacent to each recipe.
