Play-Along Songs Volume 1

Overview

Each volume of this playful, educational series presents more than 30 new and traditional interactive songs with clear instructions on how to use them with children and explaining their benefits ot parents, teachers, and early childhood professionals. Developed over the past 25 years through use with more than one million children, the featured songs are presented with insights, sheet music, guitar chords, and photographic demonstrations of movements. Also provided is creative advice on how to help children use their imaginations to adapt and rewrite songs.

Author Biography

Ken Frawley has presented Play-Along Song programs for more than 20 years and has instructed early childhood professionals, teachers, and parents on how to use playful songs with children for fun, development, and learning. He has written and produced 200 children’s songs. Georgia Frawley has taught classes on child development, parenting, and marriage and family for more than 30 years, and has performed more than 1,000 musical programs. They live in Orange, California.
