Overview
A new way to crochet with more hooks and less time
This instructional reference explains how to yield numerous stitch patterns by crocheting in the round on multiple double-ended hooks. By combining several crochet techniques, both flat items—such as hot pads and pillows—as well as tubular items—such as gloves, socks, and hats—can be made via this technique without obvious, visible seams. Step-by-step instructions and color photographs accompany the projects, which include a table mat, a hot pad, fingerless gloves, a hat, socks, gloves, and a doily. Intermediate-level stitchers will enjoy creating these projects using worsted-weight, size-10 thread, and cotton/elastic yarn.
