Overview

A journey of self-discovery begins with a single step. Carin Frost, a successful businesswoman, wife, and mother, finds her life unraveling after a tragic accident. Resentment simmers, and nothing seems to ignite her passion—until Matias Torres enters the picture. As their business partnership blossoms, so does an undeniable connection, leading them to a fateful assignment in Southeast Asia. Faced with an unimaginable choice, Carin must decide if risking everything is worth saving herself. This is a story for readers seeking emotional depth, complex relationships, and the courage to redefine their lives. Will Carin embrace a bold new path, or will the weight of her past keep her tethered to a life she no longer recognizes?
