Author Biography
Jacky Pluton is a world-class chef. He has received Five-Star Mobile ratings and a Four-Star rating from the Chicago Tribune. Lisa Kahn has worked as an art appraiser and museum assistant curator, and has taught art history at the college level. She is a member of the Chicago Culinary Historians. They both live in Chicago.
