Alberto Grando is Full Professor of Operations Management at Bocconi University, Milan. Raffaele Secchi is Full Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at LIUC Università Cattaneo and Dean of LIUC Business School. Valeria Belvedere is Associate Professor of Operations Management at the Università Cattolica of Milan.
