Larkfield Publishing

Larkfield Publishing

Larkfield Publishing was founded in May 2003 by Gary Palmatier, a book designer and freelance book production consultant for publishers large and small, including McGraw-Hill, Cengage Learning, HarperCollins, and Prentice Hall.

In spring 2004 Larkfield Publishing published its first title, The Hormone Survival Guide for Perimenopause: Balance Your Hormones Naturally by Nisha Jackson, Ph.D., a prominent nurse practitioner headquartered in Medford, Oregon. In 2005 an e-book edition was released, and in 2009 an edition for the Kindle.

Larkfield Publishing will seek out and selectively develop for publication manuscripts from new and established authors who are authorities in their field and provide information of importance to the widest possible audience. Our mission is to provide information, education, and inspiration to our readers so they can improve their health, self-image, and well-being.
