CHICAGO – Independent Publishers Group (IPG), the last remaining independent book distributor of significant size in North America, is pleased to announce the addition of six new publishers to its sales and distribution programs.

Zero Zero Enterprises is a graphic novel publisher that partners with leading artists across the entertainment industry to develop original IPs, grow fanbases, and roll out relevant merchandise. IPG will distribute Zero Zero beginning June 1, 2025. Founder and CEO Josh Frankel said of the partnership, “I’ve spent nearly 20 years in comic publishing, and I’ve always believed in doing things differently. That’s why teaming up with IPG just clicks. Looking at the global appeal of what we have coming up, I can’t wait to see what we can build together.” Scott Hatfill, Vice President, International Sales at IPG, said, “Having worked with Josh in the past, we are enthusiastically looking forward to all of the new projects Zero Zero Enterprises has coming up and all of the opportunities they will bring to our markets.”

IPG will distribute Write Bloody Publishing (WB Publishing) starting on June 1, 2025. Based in Hollywood, California, WB Publishing is a small press committed to quality literature and the belief that great poetry changes people for the better. Wicked House Publishing will be distributed by IPG beginning June 1, 2025. Wicked House Publishing is a small publishing house dedicated to bringing your most dark and terrifying nightmares into this world.

Founded in 2023, Under the BQE Press is a Brooklyn-based collective of writers, artists, and musicians dedicated to celebrating creative communities that flourish in the shadows of the mainstream. Each year’s publication list is acquired by the authors who were published in the year prior, creating a deep-rooted platform of writer-supported literature. IPG will begin distribution for Under the BQE Press on May 1, 2025.

Starting June 1, 2025, IPG will distribute Man Mo Media. Man Mo Media is a Hong Kong-based publisher specializing in books on Asian cultures and lifestyles. They print beautiful coffee table books and guides that are visually pleasing, informative, and insightful.

About Independent Publishers Group:

Founded in 1971, IPG was the first organization specifically created for the purpose of marketing titles from independent presses to the book trade. Today, IPG’s wide reach into the book market includes distribution of both print and e-books from a wide array of publishers, digital printing, and traditional publishing. With consistent growth year over year, IPG’s success has come from supporting and encouraging the growth of its publishing partners in the United States and worldwide. IPG was acquired by Chicago Review Press in 1987, and this acquisition formed the parent company Chicago Review Press, Inc., which now owns Chicago-based indie publishers Chicago Review Press and Triumph Books.
