Author Biography

has held senior roles across European institutions, government, and finance. Her career has taken her from the European Commission and the European Parliament to the French government (as Minister of the Armed Forces) and to the Banque de France, where she served as Deputy Governor in charge of green finance. Today she works at the intersection of civil society and academia: she is co-chair of a global IAPB panel focused on new financial instruments for nature conservation and restoration, a board member of the Munich Security Conference Foundation, and a Professor of Practice at SDA Bocconi,
