Overview
The Blitz is at its height. As the Luftwaffe bomb London, Cody McBridge, ex-pat American private eye, sees a sinister silver sphere crash-land. He glimpses something emerging from within. The military dismiss his account of events—the sphere must be a new German secret weapon that has malfunctioned. What else could it be? Author Biography
Mike Tucker is an Emmy nominated, BAFTA winning visual effects designer. He spent 20 years as part of the BBC’s in-house Visual Effects Department before setting up his own company, The Model Unit, in 2005. As a writer he has contributed to the Doctor Who ranges, novelized several scripts for the Merlin range, and co-authored a history of the BBC VFX Department. Robert Perry is a television writer. He was script-editor on the BBC soap opera EastEnders, as well as writing for the television series Family Affairs and Is Harry on the Boat? He has also worked on Emmerdale. He is known for a writing partnership with Mike Tucker on a variety of spin-offs relating to Doctor Who, specifically for the character of the Seventh Doctor.
