Overview

An ancient system of natural medicine that originated in India, Ayurveda considers each human being in its totality. Considering each person as a specific and particular organism, the ayurvedic tradition individually examines each person's constitution in order to determine that person's most healthy nutrition choices, work habits, and even sleep patterns. It follows also that diagnosis, treatments, and preventative measures are also devised based upon a holistic view of the individual.
