Overview

The ultimate resource for devotees of Wisconsin’s MLB team

From the classic history of the Milwaukee Brewers, such as the stats of a young Robin Yount and the team’s dramatic 2011 playoff run, to the lesser known trivia of the National League team, including which city the franchise relocated from after its founding year or the opposing player that attacked a fan dressed like an Italian sausage, this book for fans has it all. Collected into a fun-to-read one to 100 format, the book combines fan-favorite memories with challenging trivia and suggestions for the ultimate fan adventures—including the best places in Wisconsin to grab a drink or have a meal before a game.

Reviews

"If you’re anything like me, you’ll breeze through this light affair...great stories and insight to some of the events that likely shaped your view of Milwaukee baseball."—Reviewing the Brew, blog affiliate on The FanSided Network

"In fact, I’d go so far as to say that if you want to call yourself a True Blue Brew Crew fan, you should have to read this book and be tested on the contents, the most important facts about the team, traditions and what being a Brewers fan is all about. Players should be provided with a copy when they sign their contracts."—John & Cait...Plus Nine, a Brewer's blog on the MLBlogs Network

"You can tell from the book that Tom has a passion for the game, as well as for the team that he covers, and I highly recommend picking up this book for any Brewers fan that you know."—The Blog for the Sports Gamer

"...the book is a steal and a must for any diehard Brewers fan."—Sawyer County Record

"...a crisply written compilation of Brewers cultural artifacts, most of which are conventional wisdom, with some interesting tidbits here and there.  It would be perfect for light reading on vacation, as a gift, or summer reading for a student."—The Brewers Bar

"By mixing nuggets that might get lost to history with nostalgic recaps of foundational Brewers lore, Haudricourt crafts a breezy accompaniment to the baseball season, one that's best read to Uecker's summer serenade."—Milwaukee Magazine
