Overview

A conversation with Patrick Lambal is an authentic lesson in life, something hardly ever offered within wealthy European society. In his voice, and mirrored in his eyes, this man, who defines himself simply as a "fisherman," has a serenity that resembles the ocean and a profoundness that he has learned from his many shipwrecks, both at sea and on land. He has seen things that he can't clearly describe or explain. He urges readers not to judge those who act differently than they might, as everyone has the right to make their own choices without repercussions from others. It is nearly impossible not to flinch when he explains how he illegally lived on the Canary Islands for quite some time before getting caught. This story explains his experiences and how he crossed paths with his coauthor in Senegal.
