Author BiographyJen McConnel is a teacher, a former librarian and reviewer for Voices of Youth Advocates (VOYA), and a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). Her poetry has appeared in a variety of magazines and journals, including PanGaia, Sagewoman, and the Storyteller, where she won a people’s choice third-place award for her poem, “Luna.” She lives in Durham, North Carolina.
