Overview

A boy and his mother arrive at the same old and lonely vacation house as they do every year. What can he do there, bored and all alone, while his mother works? One afternoon, he enters the forest where he will discover a marvelous world.

Author Biography

Beatrice Alemagna is an author and illustrator of children's books. She is the winner of the 2016 Mildred L. Batchelder Award for The Wonderful Fluffy Little Squishy and the 2010 Andersen Prize for illustrator of the year, among other awards.
