Overview

Imogen is messy. She simply can’t help it so it’s clearly not her fault! In fact, when Dad discovers all her mess Imogen tells him "The dinosaur did it!" Will Imogen’s imaginary friend take the blame for her mischief and mess? Or will they both discover that it’s much better to be honest and take responsibility? Author Biography

R. M. McGurk has been a keen writer since receiving a scratch and smell sticker in Prep for her story, Danika the Dinosaur. This was soon followed by Paddington fan fiction and a 'chapter' book called Gone with the Wind, with a problematic title and only two chapters. Her first picture story book, The Dinosaur Did It, was published in 2024 by Five Mile. R. M. McGurk lives with her family on Wadawurrung Country in Victoria. When she's not writing she is working as a primary school teacher, watching musicals and eating lots of lemon slice.
