Author Biography

Shon Bury began his comic book career at age 22 writing for such publishers as Marvel, DC Comics, WildStorm, and Valiant. Career highlights include writing Superman Adventures, Impulse, Power Pack, and a canceled relaunch of Micronauts with Carrie Nord for Marvel. After a four-year hiatus from comic books, Shon returned with Nox, an original graphic novel based on the Hero Cycle and White Goddess myth. Through his own company, Space Goat Productions, he has written Big Game Hunters and Mage, Inc., as well as created Mr. First, Uncanny Valley High, Dark Lily, and Zombie Camp. He is also the author of the novella, Letters from the Bellybutton of the World.Justin Peniston is one-half of Big & Tall Tales, and co-creator of Hunter Black and Rocket Queen and The Wrench, among other, more famous comics and cartoons (Ben 10, Avengers Assemble!, Blue Beetle, JSA, Evil Dead 2). If you were to ask Justin where he was from, he would tell you Los Angeles, unless he was actually in Los Angeles (where he lives), in which case he would answer Washington, DC (where he grew up). His mom is in DC, his wife in LA, so either answer works, really.Darren J. Vincenzo began his comic-book career in 1993 in the Batman offices at DC Comics. In 1999 Darren began freelance writing the crossover comics Batman versus Predator II: Bloodmatch and Batman versus Predator III: Blood Ties for Dark Horse Comics and DC Comics. Darren created The Werewolf O'Reilly with Yvel Guichet for Space Goat Presents.
