The cinema-loving and customer-weary staff of the local movie theater star in this premiere collection of the webcomic Multiplex, which features the series' first 102 strips. Showcasing a unique blend of comedy and drama with real-world film commentary and criticism, this compilation also includes more than 30 bonus comics, character bios, and an all-new, exclusive 12-page prequel story set on the opening night of Star Wars: Episode III—Revenge of the Sith.

“Multiplex perfectly portrays the real foibles and friendships of a lousy job with a couple of perks. Also, it looks round and colorful and sweet, like delicious candy. I recommend reading Multiplex over getting an actual job.” —Bryan Lee O’Malley, author and artist, the Scott Pilgrim series

“Think Clerks in a movie theatre.” —Chris Arrant,

“The characters really steal the show.” —Delos Woodruff, Pop

“Multiplex sets the standard for webcomics using solid storytelling, satire, human drama, work life and serves it on a platform that we all understand—the social watering hole of the movie theater.” —Jimmie Robinson, creator, Bomb Queen

“Observing McAlpin blossom into his own at the end of this volume was a treat. It made me hungry for more.” —Pop Matters

“The collection is put together very well—it is extremely professional looking, and it is a hefty piece of material. Even if you were familiar with the webcomic, there’s a bunch of new material here to make it worth you buying.” —Comic Book Resources

“Any critical thinker who enjoys movies can’t help but enjoy Multiplex. An incredible deal for the price and a perfect read for those comic fans who aren’t a fan of capes. Grade: A.” —Eric Anderson, The Pullbox
