Jon Kabat-Zinn is the founder and director of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, as well as the founder of the Stress Reduction Clinic. He is the author of several books on mindfulness, including Full Catastrophe Living: Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain, and Illness. He lives in Boston. J. Mark G. Williams, Ph.D. is professor of clinical psychology and director of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre at the University of Oxford, UK. His research focuses on how best to alleviate depression and suicidality. Previous publications include Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World and The Mindful Way through Depression: Freeing Yourself from Chronic Unhappiness.
