Jon Kabat-Zinn is the founder of the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction program (MBSR), which medical centers, hospitals, and clinics employ all over the world. He is also the founder of the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society.
