Overview

Some parents do not value the reading behavior of their children, since they consider that reading is "without profit or use". Reading is a very important act in the intellectual, emotional and artistic development of children. There are many advantages to reading: the acquisition of new concepts, the development of your imagination, the breadth of vocabulary and language, the development of memory, critical thinking, the capacity for abstraction, listening, formation in values, development of your personality, etc. But for reading to really have all these positive effects, the work carried out by teachers in schools is not enough, the involvement of parents is essential. This story will help us promote reading in the family.
