Debby Braun is a food engineer who graduated from the Metropolitan Autonomous University of Iztapalapa. She has been responsible for food services for the Mexican Olympic Committee for 15 years. She has also been a consultant at various companies for nutrition, athletics, and well-being such as Cocina&Comparte, Almond Board of California, Weight-Watchers New York, and others.
