This book address subjects such as fundamental rules for personal and kitchen hygiene, food storage, necessary parameters for cooking food safely, and preventing the growth of microorganisms that could affect health.

Author Biography

Debby Braun is a food engineer who graduated from the Metropolitan Autonomous University of Iztapalapa. She has been responsible for food services for the Mexican Olympic Committee for 15 years. She has also been a consultant at various companies for nutrition, athletics, and well-being such as Cocina&Comparte, Almond Board of California, Weight-Watchers New York, and others.
