Overview

Fearne Cotton provides practical and engaging tools to guide children to a better understanding of themselves and their feelings.

Once again, Fearne brings her breadth of experience as a parent to this second interactive book for children aged 7+. This is full of exciting, colorful activities for your child to draw, write, imagine, and explore their way to getting to know themselves better and feeling more balanced. Fearne encourages kids to learn to process their feelings independently, with a little help from her along the way. This book provides children with the space to manage their own feelings and equip them with emotional skills that they can carry into their teenage years, and beyond.

Author Biography

Fearne Cotton is one of the most popular broadcasters in the UK and is the Founder of the wellbeing brand Happy Place. The brand was created from her 2017 book Happy, which was a Sunday Times Bestseller and a silver Nielsen Bestseller. This was the first in a series of books talking about her experiences with happiness. This was also the premise for her podcast launched in 2018, Happy Place, which has featured guests such as Ellie Golding, Hilary Rodham Clinton, Jada Pinkett Smith, Russell Brand, Gary Barlow, Alicia Keys, and Elizabeth Gilbert. The podcast has had over 31 million downloads and continues to top the charts. In 2019 over 10,000 people attended two Happy Place Festivals in England. The Festival went virtual this year, running over a month. Her other books include Quiet and Cook Happy, Cook Healthy.
