Overview

Get big by thinking small!  Thinking and acting like you're number one makes people want more from you.  And you become over-cautious because you have too much to lose.  Become a guerrillaâ€â€Âthink small.  Smaller underdogs beat big dogs by taking advantage of their paralysis of caution, their paralysis of inaction.  Donald Trump's The Art of the Deal has only 11 tactics, and they work best for big businesses.  Jay Conrad Levinson and Donald Hendon's Guerrilla Deal-Making gives you 500 tactics, and they work best for smaller businesses.  The book shows readers how they can use these tactics, not only in business but also in their personal lives.  Two outstanding extra features, with three famous people:•How China's Mao Tse-Tung outmaneuvered President Donald Trump at the negotiating tableâ€â€Âan entertaining fable with valuable lessons to be learned.•The ultimate guerrilla, Sam Walton, who founded Wal-Mart.  How he outmaneuvered the big chains using guerrilla tactics and became the world's largest retailer.

Author Biography

Jay Conrad Levinson wrote Guerrilla Marketing in 1984.  Over the years, it has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide.  Its many spin-offs, such as Guerilla Business Secrets and Guerilla Multilevel Marketing, have sold even more.  Levinson chose Donald Hendon to co-author Guerrilla Deal-Making.  Shortly before he died, he asked Hendon to "carry the torch of guerrilla marketing" throughout the world for him. Donald Hendon really knows how to influence people.  He has won big-time at the negotiating table in 38 nations on six continents.  Using the 365 tactics in this book, he has become a millionaire several times over.  That's because he knows which tactics influence others and which ones don't.  And more importantly, he knows why!  He also knows which tactics most people use over and overâ€â€Âand which tactics they usually avoid.  He has trained thousands of people from over 60 nations and turned them into big winners at the negotiating table.  A Hong Kong executive told him, "Using only a few of your tactics, I made $1.5 million extra the same week I attended your seminar.  And that same month, I made an extra $50 million.  Thank you so much"
