Author Biography

Mark Anshel earned his doctoral degree from Florida State University. He is professor emeritus at Middle Tennessee State University and teaches graduate courses in the Department of Health and Human Performance and the Department of Psychology. Previously, he worked as a performance counselor at the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, Florida.
