Katie and Giancarlo Caldesi are owners of the Caffè Caldesi in London and of Caldesi Campagna in Bray on the Thames. They are the authors of various books published and have appeared on the television program Saturday Kitchen. Katie is director of La Cucina Caldesi, a cooking school, where she and Giancarlo have taught students for more than 10 years.
