Billy is an octopus. Each of his eight legs has a different profession. The first one is a doctor, the second a chef, the third a fireman, the fourth is a builder, the fifth is a baker, the sixth is a photographer, the seventh a gardener and the last one a hairdresser. But sometimes, Billy’s legs get muddled and curious things happen. The doctor-leg gives cooking instructions and makes his friends laugh "Don’t be silly, wrong leg Billy!" and when the baker-leg is later asked to bake the chocolate cake, he goes "this scrumptious cake might make your stomach ache!" The captivating story of Billy is written in easy-to-follow rhymes, perfect for read-along, and is beautifully illustrated throughout.
