Lucy Cole is a food consultant and cooking teacher in the San Ramon, California, area. She has studied cooking at home and abroad with such luminaries as James Beard, Marcella Hazan, Diana Kennedy, Madhur Jaffrey, Lou Pappas, and Janis Wicks. Ms. Cole's culinary pursuits have taken her to Greece, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, West Germany, The Netherlands, England, Mexico, and Canada - hence, her intimate knowledge of many of these cuisines in Cooking For The One You Love.
