Conundrum Press

Conundrum Press was founded in 1998 and has grown to be the preeminent literary book publisher in the Rocky Mountain Region. We offer 12-15 new titles each year  as well as a robust and award-winning backlist. The Rocky Mountain region is the last literary frontier in the nation, and our mission is to bring the unique voices of the region into the national spotlight.

Conundrum Press primarily publishes creative non-fiction, short fiction, and literary fiction. We also publish under two other imprints—Burnside Books (progressive Christian fiction and creative non-fiction) and Conundrum Poetry (primarily non-experimental poetry). Conundrum Press is also dedicated to the literary and artistic communities within the region, initiating cross-disciplinary collaboration and events that bring together communities of readers and writers.
