Author Biography

Eric Franklin is the author of several self-help books, including Dynamic Alignment Through Imagery; Inner Focus, Outer Strength; Pelvic Power; and Relax Your Neck, Liberate Your Shoulders. He is the founder of the Franklin Method Institute in Uster, Switzerland, and travels worldwide conducting workshops on the use of imagery and mental exercise in bodywork.
