Overview

This manual seeks to help readers understand who we are from a holistic perspective based in Ayurveda, a thousand-year-old Hindu medicine whose final objective is knowledge, understanding, acceptance, and detachment. Vedic psychology is a type of therapy destined to modify the way we perceive reality in hopes we reach a possible path to happiness. 

Author Biography

Fabián Ciarlotti has a degree in medicine with a specialization in kinesiology from the University of Buenos Aires. He specializes in orthopedic surgery and Ayurveda medicine. He is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Maimonides. He is the author of many books including, Ayurveda y Terapia Marma and Yoga y Vedanta.
