Pairs original artwork from local nonprofit Creativity Explored with recipes from renowned restaurants in the Mission area
 
Arts and Eats: San Francisco – Mission is a unique collaboration between Creativity Explored and many of the Mission District’s terrific restaurants. Each restaurant was asked to submit one recipe with no restrictions other than it had to fit on one page, and Creativity Explored chose artwork from its archives. The result is a perfect pairing of extraordinary artwork with delicious recipes from some of the Mission’s finest restaurants. Printed and bound in San Francisco, the cookbook stands up in an easy-to-use easel format for viewing artwork on one side and the recipe on the other.

Creative Rescue was founded in 2011 by Susan Kay and Teri Hauswirth to utilize nonprofit arts organizations to create products, with the proceeds of their sales benefiting animal rescue groups. They are based in Marin County, California.
