He is also a Senior Associate, Instructor, and Courseware Developer for PIM Associates. Howard Forman is President of PIM Associates Inc. He has more than 35 years of experience in supply chain management, operations management, production and inventory management, business process improvement, lean, and project management as a practitioner, consultant, and educator. Prior to establishing his own firm, he worked for several leading consulting firms, including Coopers & Lybrand, KPMG, and Grant Thornton.
