Alex and the Watermelon Boat

 

Alex is home listening to the rain, bored because he can't go outside, when his toy rabbit "falls" out of the window, and he must go after it, even in a flood. Sailing in a watermelon boat, he gets a view of the floods and how they are affecting his neighbors. When he finally finds his rabbit, the reunion is touching and heartfelt.
