Muñoz is about to commit suicide when he receives a cryptic voicemail from his daughter that only says: Goodbye, Muñoz. In light of this, he decides to continue living as he searched for the whereabouts of his estranged daughter, Eva, and how she could have known to say goodbye. He quickly reunites with his ex-wife and together they follow a trail of clues that Eva seems to have left along the way. The two embark on an incredible journey as they discover unimaginable aspects of the life of someone they barely knew. Adiós, Muñoz is a first-person account about loneliness, isolation, and the definition of identity, told with an impeccable and intoxicating voice.
