Author Biography

GORDON GOLDSBOROUGH is an aquatic ecologist in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Manitoba, and an active member of the Manitoba Historical Society, serving as its President and Head Researcher. His weekly radio series on CBC entitled @Abandoned Manitoba” was the inspiration for two best-selling books, starting with Abandoned Manitoba in 2016. The sequel More Abandoned Manitoba won the 2019 McNally Robinson Book of the Year Award.
