Author Biography

Helen Ploderer-King was born in Canada. She was trained in the Hotel Management School of Lausanne and the University of Nice (business and advertising). She spent a few years in the hospitality industry (North America, Europe and Asia). Since 1986 the author lives in Salzburg. Her great passion is gastronomy.
