Overview

The flora and fauna of Shropshire are captured beautifully in the Wild Shropshire 2017 Calendar. A poet and author, Andrew Fusek Peters finds the hidden beauty of the gold in the orange beak of a female kingfisher and the glint of a leaping salmon in Shrewsbury, along with the brooding landscapes of the Stiperstones and the Long Mynd. Each calendar features a punched hole for easy display, space to write notes on every day of 2017, and comes cello-wrapped.

Author Biography

Andrew Fusek Peters is an author and photographer. His photos have been published in the Guardian, Times, Countryman, Amateur Photographer, Black & White Photography, and What Digital Camera. He is the author of a nature writing memoir, Dip, and a book of wildlife photography, Wilderland, Wildlife & Wonder from the Shropshire Borders. Andrew was shortlisted in the British Wildlife Photography Awards 2014 and 2015 and Amateur Photographer of the year 2015. He is currently working for the National Trust and Natural England.
