Lena really likes the man who sits at the bus stop and smiles every morning when she passes by on her way to school with her mother. One morning, everything changes. The man no longer smiles, and Lena is very upset. She will do anything to cheer him up, but what she does not know is how much she will help him with just a smile.

Mar Pavón Cordoba has published nearly thirty children’s books and some of them have been translated into multiple languages. Her books La gallina Cocorina and Cocorina y el jardín de los espejos have won various awards in the U.S. Joao Vaz de Carvalho studied painting and has since worked for various magazines such as Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Gentleman, amongst others. His work has participated in numerous exhibitions and has been honored on countless occasions.
