Author Biography

Panache Partners, LLC, is a publishing company based in Dallas, Texas, that specializes in developing upscale coffee-table books on luxury lifestyle subjects including architecture, interior design, golf, wine, art, event planning, and travel. Vitaly Paley graduating from the French Culinary Institute in New York and the owner/chef of Paley's Place, focusing his cuisine on simply plated local, sustainable, and organic ingredients. In 2005, he won the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: Northwest; is the coauthor, with his wife Kimberly, The Paley's Place Cookbook: Recipes and Stories from the Pacific Northwest; and his recipes have been featured in such publications as The Flavor Bible and Food Arts magazine. He lives in Portland, Oregon. The Oregon Wine Board is a semi-independent Oregon state agency managing marketing, research, and education initiatives that support and advance the Oregon wine and wine grape industry. The board works on behalf of all Oregon wineries and independent growers throughout the state's diverse winegrowing regions. It is located in Portland, Oregon.
