Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped via UPS and should arrive within 7-10 days, unless specified otherwise.  Please call (800) 888-4741 or e-mail frontdesk@ipgbook.com to track your order, and for express and international shipping rates.

IPG will charge a 3% fee for credit card payments of $1000 or more.  This fee will be added to the payment amount, which will be reflected as 1 consolidated charge to the card account. 

Returns

Permission to return is not required by IPG.  Returns must be shipped prepaid to:

Please note that returns sent to IPG’s Franklin Street address will be refused. IPG titles are eligible for return for six months from the date a title is declared out of print or for six months from the date IPG ceases distribution for a publisher. 

Effective October 15, 2016, NOP and OP titles returned to our warehouse will not be credited and will not be returned to the customer. Below is a current list titles and publishers who are no longer eligible for returns:

Eligible returns will be credited as invoiced if return is accompanied by invoice number and discount information. If discount information is not provided the maximum discount will be assumed. Finally, credit can be used toward purchases for up to two years from the date of credit issuance—no cash refunds will be issued. Please contact IPG customer service with any additional questions or concerns regarding returns.
