Rick Stein's talent for creating delicious flavor combinations in his books and restaurants have won him a host of awards, accolades and fans. As well as hosting a number of television series, he has published many cookbooks, including Complete Seafood, French Odyssey, Far Eastern Odyssey, and Rick Stein's India.
