Len Saunders was a consultant to the president's council on physical fitness and sports and an American Heart Association spokesperson on the issue of childhood obesity. He is a contributor to Human Kinetics, Muscle & Fitness, and Sports Illustrated for Kids. He lives in Matawan, New Jersey.
